There's a Mouse in the Birdfeeder

As we stared at each other through the bird feeder glass it was tough to tell who was more confused - me or the mouse.  

While there have been some fabricated photos on this site, this is not one of them.  While I was refilling my feeder, I felt something heavy slide out of the coffee can and into the opening.  After a brief case of

the jimmie--willies, I settled down and found the mouse cooling out inside the feeder.  Apparently I scooped the mouse up from the bottom the trash bin where I keep the seeds.  How the mouse got the bin in the first place is a mystery, but I studied the scene and came up with some possible scenarios. 

After the stare down, I took a few more photos and then let the feller go.
