Dominator Has St. Louis Singing the Blues

 DETROIT, MI  MAY 2, 2002

Ron and Greg Dooley hit the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit on Thursday to watch the Detroit Red Wings in conference semi-final Stanley Cup playoff action vs. the St. Louis Blues.

Detroit won the game, 2-0, but the real winners were the 2 fellers shown to the right.  Not only did they witness a team with the greatest collection of talent in sports history, they also provided the capacity crowd and TV audience with a little info (see pic to the right).

Dominic Hasek did plenty of work tonight to get the shut out.  The Red Wings defense led by Nick Lidstrom and Chris Chelios kept things under control in the Wings' zone.  Stevie Yzerman had a solid game
